Collection and use of customers’, suppliers’ and other contractors’ personal data
We hereby inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide us with, because this is necessary to conclude and execute a possible agreement with you. This applies to our customers and prospective customers, as well as to parties from which we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are our customer or prospective customer, we will use your data to be able to send you a quotation or order confirmation, to be able to determine which specifications or wishes a certain product or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or carry out work for you, to be able to invoice and to be able to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the execution aspects of the agreement.

If you are a supplier, prospective supplier or other contractor, your personal data are also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In the case of purchasing, this is necessary in order to be able to inform you of our specifications or wishes for a certain product or service, to be able to request a quotation or place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and to be able to communicate quickly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide us with insufficient personal data, or none at all, we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Disclosure to third parties
In connection with the execution of a possible agreement with you, it is possible that we will have to provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store some or all of our sales and purchasing records, including your personal data. For this reason, your personal data will be provided to our data centre provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage facilities for emails and other files. Finally, because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will be supplied to the provider of this service.

Direct marketing
If you regularly order from us or if you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to personally inform you of our existing and new products and services by email in the future and, if applicable, to send you an associated offer. We have a legitimate interest in the use of your personal data for this purpose, namely the sale of our products and services. Each time we send you an advertising email, you have the opportunity to let us know that you no longer wish to receive them by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
If you are a one-time customer, we will only send you advertising messages if you have given us your prior consent.

Period of retention of personal data
If you have requested a quotation from us but have not become a customer of ours, we will erase your personal data no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we have received a quotation from you but we have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be erased no later than one year after our last contact. If you have become a customer of ours or we have become a customer of yours, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. The period of seven years corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the Tax and Customs Administration. At the end of this period we will remove your personal data.

Your rights
